I've been an Ashton-On-Ribble resident for nearly 40 years. Following my first PACT meeting in late October 2018, prompted by a resident on my street who had concerns about burglaries and car theft in the street, I decided to act on an idea I had been toying with. And here it is: information and advice hub for Ashtonians and visitors alike.
